Paul Bowe
Managing DirectorPaul has more than 30 years’ experience as a qualified engineer and has been involved in all facets of land development and civil engineering projects.
His journey has seen him solely design, draft and project manage subdivisions of varying sizes, undertake investigations, costings and design proposals for local government infrastructure, provide planning advice to both private individuals and government organisations, and manage resourcing and client engagement at Terraco.

Andrew Mertens
Director & Engineering ManagerAndrew has over 30 years’ experience as a qualified engineer. He is responsible for management of the design activities carried out by Terraco.
Andrew frequently undertakes road rehabilitation projects for Department of Transport and several local government authorities, in addition to the design and project management of developments. Andrew is well versed in rural and urban road rehabilitations, footpath and kerb design and drainage network analysis and design.

Rurik Dawborn
Director & Project EngineerRurik has over 18 years’ experience as a qualified engineer. His experience includes design and project management of land development projects and network analysis of water, wastewater and reclaimed water networks.
Rurik is skilled at water treatment node analysis and design (WSUD), stormwater flow analysis and detention system design, frequently undertaking stormwater management plans, computations and MUSIC modelling on complex projects to provide a holistic approach to stormwater management.

Jordan Sens
Director & Project EngineerJordan started with Terraco in an undergraduate work placement in 2017. Graduating with first class honours at La Trobe University in 2019, Jordan launched straight into a full-time position with Terraco.
Jordan solely project manages developments of various sizes from preliminary feasibility stages and client engagement through to completion and titles.
More recently, Jordan commenced a new position as a Director at Terraco, implementing ISO certified Quality, Environmental and OHS management systems, maximising the quality of service provided by all staff at Terraco.

Abe Steel
Senior Project EngineerAbe began with Terraco as a student in 2013 whilst studying at La Trobe University in Bendigo. Graduating with first class honours, Abe continued with the company as a graduate engineer, and is now a seasoned project engineer with nearly a decade’s worth of experience in design and project management, having trained up some of our other staff members along the way.
Now a Senior Project Engineer, Abe’s primary role now is to provide costings and feasibility reports for potential developments, followed by preparing and lodging planning permit applications. Additionally, Abe manages the office workloads to ensure that all projects are resourced appropriately, resulting in an efficient, high-quality outcome for our clients.

David Robinson
Senior Project EngineerDavid commenced working at Terraco in early 2015 as a Graduate Engineer after finishing his bachelor’s degree at La Trobe University, Bendigo. Whist he has been with Terraco he has completed a range of small subdivisions and has been involved with some of our larger developments.
David’s responsibilities within the company include engineering design, drafting and project management of developments. More recently, David has been undertaking larger multi-stage greenfields developments with complex water retention and treatment network design. David strives to provide excellent service to guide our customers through the subdivision process.

Tom Davies
Project EngineerTom joined Terraco at the end of 2020, and since then has vastly expanded on his skills and competencies, having taken on several smaller brownfields projects of his own, as well as playing a role in many larger jobs.
Tom is a qualified NBN pit and pipe designer and has already designed a multitude of NBN network extensions. Clear and concise communication with clients is one of Tom’s priorities, as well as working collaboratively to produce the best engineering solutions possible. Tom is currently wrapping up his first greenfields development project in Castlemaine.

Aidan Bowe
Project EngineerAidan started working with Terraco in December 2020 after graduating with first class honours at Victoria University. During his time at Terraco he has been working on a variety of day-to-day engineering problems, project managing several smaller subdivisions and undertaking detailed design, drafting and project management of mains extensions.
With the guidance and experience of those around him Aidan is quickly expanding his toolset and providing excellent services for our clients. Aidan is always happy to help and work with his clients and authorities to ensure the best outcomes. More recently, Aidan has undertaken design, drafting and project management of a large, multi-stage greenfields development in Bendigo.

Gerard O'Shea
Project EngineerGerard started at Terraco in early 2021 through the Work Integrated Learning program at La Trobe University, enabling him to maximise his industry experience as an undergraduate.
Gerards duties include design and drafting of small developments as well as assisting in planning permit applications. Gerard has also completed NBN Training, becoming an accredited pit and pipe designer. These attributes allow Gerard to assist in providing excellent quality and service for clients. More recently, Gerard has been overseeing several smaller brownfields developments around Bendigo.
