The Top Paddock is a multi-stage, 250+ lot subdivision in Ascot. This large subdivision, currently releasing Stage 5, is located just north of Bendigo.

It includes a mixture of medium to large, fully serviced, general residential lots. One of the impressive features of this development is the large water retention and treatment system that has been installed.
